3-day Much waited holiday...

Salam....
Today is the day I have waited. Just finished a course on hypermedia in classroom reading. Indeed I have a great time, with so friendly instructors and a presentation for pair of us at the end of the course. Eager to do the same with the pupils, to explore and be educated. Next Monday is a holiday for us, the Indians will celebrate Thaipusam and Batu Caves will be one of the places they will visit. So make double sure which roads not to to thru. That's all for now. Adius.

Cruising along the highway...

I just came back from my husband's hometown in Batu Kurau, Perak. Such a busy weekend, that I can tell. We cruised ourselves to attend a wedding ceremony in Pokok Assam, Taiping in Satuday until 3pm then off we went to Pantai Besar with my father-in-law in tow. We spent a night at my father-in-law's house. My children simply enjoyed themselves there. Sunday morning we went to my sister-in-law's house. She went for Haj and we just went to see her children. May Allah help us always, Amin.

Tsunami of the week

I always thought that Mondays are always the most busy day of the week but aghast, today is one of the ultimate ones. It is just like a tidal wave or tsunami coming towards the beach. But thank God, now it is in the evening, and the tidals have gone bit by bit.
I have lots of papers to correct and their marks have to be submitted by next Wednesday. Now I wish I am an octopus and have a big and intelligent brain like Einstein. It will definately defeat the purpose if I have so many hands but cannot think much, right? Ha,ha,ha.....

Note of the day : You have to make sure that your touch and go card is not going to expire, just in case you are in an emergency to use it. Cards that aged 10 years or more will not be able to be reloaded unless you go to the HQ to renew. You have to pay RM10 to get a new card and the balance of your old card will be transfered. So, be aware.....

Much needed post.... traffic lights

One of the highlight that I would like to pose today is the newly going-to-be traffic lights in front of Greenwood park. I noticed today while I was driving to work that some places had been dugged up and the road was not getting bigger. I have been using the road for more than 20 years and it is about time that the much needed traffic lights to be there, thank God. But will the users be responsible ones and resist jumping the queue?

Question of the day : Why is it so hard to ask children of 8 to 9 years old to study for their examination? They rather watch the tv, or sleep.... mind you.
Salam sejahtera.
Hari ini meeting sampai jam 5.30 petang. Badan yang tua ni rasanye tak boleh menerima keadaan posisi yang sama selama beberapa jam terus-menerus. Kalau adalah SPA yang boleh beri diskaun, sure I'll be the first to go there.

Question of the day: Why must the contestants of the Amazing Race ( in Asia particularly) to hop onto the mat after reaching their chosen destinations infront of their host? It is a must or just a thing to do...
